1980s Floral Dress

Beautiful 1980s navy floral occasion dress by B.G.B USA. Lovely waist detail and a pleated skirt with removable shoulder pads. The waist of the dress can be worn up above the waist and the top part is almost batwing in style. Approx Size 10/12 but please check the following measurements against your own:
